On a scale of 1-10 Terry and his team is a 15. I have never seen a realtor more prepared and on top of things then Terry. His knowledge of the area and attention to detail is incredible. He ALWAYS responds to text, emails and phone calls ASAP. If your thinking of buying or selling, you’d be foolish to use anyone else. The Anderson Team is truly the best!

They often went above and beyond for the long-haul. Such as replacing a sign with a new one, getting a large advertising coverage, staying in contact on a regular basis, looking out for our best interest when offers came in.

Terry was awesome to work with! I knew Terry from selling my parents home a few years earlier and when my wife and I were ready to sell he was the only realtor I called. Right away Terry came over and gave us the low down on what the best approach would be to selling our home. A little over a week later we put our home up for sale with Terry and we had two offers 24 hours later. My favorite part about working with Terry is he wants to make sure you have a buyer who is serious and has the backing to buy the home without issue. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell there home.
