Terry Boone

Terry was born and raised in Morgantown, WV. At age five he got his introduction to sales when he and his older sister began selling crayon-colored rocks to local coal miners who needed the comic relief.
At age eleven he stepped-up a notch with a 33 customer newspaper route. However, two years earlier (age of nine) he knew that he wanted to be a radio announcer. As a young adult, and for 25 years thereafter, Terry worked in all aspects of Small Market broadcasting: news reporter, announcer/DJ, janitor and coffee maker, ad salesman, manager, station owner and later as a sales and management consultant.

In 2007, after many years of working with small business owners around NH and VT, Terry joined CENTURY 21 Energy Shield Realty to help build and expand the Business Brokerage/Commercial division.

Terry enjoys reading; eating; fly fishing; baseball; soccer; hiking; politics; film; vegetable gardening and volunteer work w/various non-profit organizations.

He also loves to travel and does so whenever possible throughout the year.

He is married, with three adult children (NY, TX, WV) and four grandchildren. Companion to the “greatest animal in the Universe” SILVIO, a ten-year old Golden Retriever, who occasionally wrestles on TV. Terry is also a close friend and housemate to two tabby cats, Obi and Lenny, both very amusing.
