Terry Hill

Terry started her sales career at Mountain Realty back in 1986 after leaving the Stratton Lodging Department as their Homeowner Relations Manager. Before working at Stratton and while growing up as Vermont natives, Terry and her siblings skied every chance they could get at Stratton Mountain Resort, Bromley and Magic Mountain. Once old enough to work in between school, she held many positions at Stratton Resort but loved the real estate business and soon became a licensed agent. Terry loves the act that no transactions are alike and that is what makes this career so interesting. Meeting Sellers and Buyers, whether listing or selling properties, is a gratifying experience. Terry’s role as a Southern VT Realtor has included President of her board for two years, VP, secretary, education director and National Honor Society Member. When she is not busy assisting Sellers and Buyers, you can find her enjoying most winter and summer sports. Her two grown children Vanessa and Owen both reside in Maine.
