Terry's professional evolution into real estate was a natural progression. Not only has she always been fascinated with architecture and interior design, but she also worked for nearly two decades at Laughlin Builders as a designer, apartment manager, and bookkeeper.
With custom home-building experience, she has keen insight into the quality construction of a property. In conjunction with her construction knowledge, her interior design eye helps buyers see the full potential of a property and shows sellers how they can drum up bigger offers. Ultimately, whether it's a fixer-upper or a lakeside estate, Terry is there for you every step of the way.
Terry is sought after by first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, and sellers alike. She's grown a reputation in Erie County as a patient, thoughtful, and perceptive agent. In addition to the technical elements that are essential for any agent, Terry understands the emotional side of buying and selling homes. An Erie native, Terry has lived in Summit Township most of her life. She has two children, Weston and Leanne. Weston works as an Expert Services Senior Consultant at ServiceNow Inc. in Knoxville, TN, and Leanne is a Financial Management Associate at Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL.
She is proud not only of her children's professional accomplishments, but also of the caring and compassionate people they've become. Family is everything to Terry, and she's so grateful for their unconditional love and support.
Outside of her role as a REALTOR for Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services, she serves as the Director of the Summit Community Food Pantry. When Terry isn't volunteering at the food pantry or helping her clients find homes and sort through offers, you can find her spending time with her family, hiking a new trail at one of her favorite state parks, practicing Spanish, or turning pages in a new book.
