Terry has lived in Pensacola since 2011 and has toured properties in the area for several years, so she is remarkably familiar and comfortable with the Pensacola area. She lives, eats, shops, works, socializes, and relaxes here. After earning her real estate sales associate license in 2016, she has been on the Pensacola Association of Realtors’ multiple listing service nearly every day, so she is up to speed on what’s happening in the market.
In the nearly five years since she earned her sales associate license, she has additionally earned her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Performance Management Network (PMN), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and the National Association of REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designations. Currently, she is pursuing earning her Florida broker license. Terry is licensed in Florida and Alabama.
Terry has a desire to work more with the men and women who serve our country. That desire was her main motivation for earning her Military Relocation Professional designation. As her way of giving back, Terry donates a part of her commission from referrals to K9s for Warriors: an organization that rescues and trains shelter dogs to be service dogs for our military.
Terry is always seeking out ways to better herself, her business, and her service to her clients. Terry attends classes offered by her market center, industry-wide seminars and conferences, and the Pensacola Association of Realtors regularly. She is a former MAPS coaching client and LockerRoom coaching client. She is also a 3x BOLD graduate.
Terry often partners with local organizations to help the community. In particular, she partners with EPPS Christian Center to help feed and provide common necessities to the less fortunate in the Pensacola community. She has also partnered with EPPS and two other children’s homes to supply toys, clothes, and other gifts at Christmas time. Most recently, Terry has partnered with The NISSI Project, a local anti-human trafficking organization, to raise awareness and bring an end to human trafficking. In November 2020, while Terry was President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Pensacola Bay Area, NISSI and the Women’s Council held a human trafficking summit to bring awareness to human trafficking, the fastest growing criminal enterprise.
Terry believes everyone deserves the opportunity to own their own home. She always strives to treat every client as if they were a member of the team. Terry provides guidance, instruction, communication and help throughout the home buying/selling process. She aims to go beyond the National Association of Realtors code of ethics. Her reputation in this industry, as a Mahoney, and as a child of God, is worth more than any commission check. Terry wants to be your realtor for life.
