Terry has called Pensacola home since 2011 and has spent more than a decade walking its neighborhoods, touring homes, and learning the heart of this community. She truly lives here—working, shopping, dining, worshiping, serving, and building relationships locally. Since earning her real estate license in 2016, Terry has been immersed in the MLS nearly every day, staying closely connected to what’s happening in the market so her clients are always informed and confident.
Over the years, Terry has continually invested in her education and growth. She has earned multiple designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Performance Management Network (PMN), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and the National Association of REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX). She is currently a licensed Broker in Florida and Alabama and remains committed to lifelong learning.
Serving those who serve our country is especially close to Terry’s heart. That passion led her to earn her Military Relocation Professional designation. As a way of giving back, Terry donates a portion of her commission from referrals to K9s for Warriors—an organization that rescues shelter dogs and trains them to become service dogs for veterans.
Terry is always working to better herself, her business, and the experience she provides her clients. She regularly attends classes, industry conferences, and association events, and is a former MAPS coaching and LockerRoom coaching client. She is currently a Tom Ferry coaching client and is committed to implementing proven systems and strategies to better serve her clients. She is also a seven-time BOLD graduate, constantly sharpening her skills so she can serve at the highest level.
Community service is not an add-on for Terry—it’s part of who she is. She partners with local organizations like EPPS Christian Center to help provide food and necessities to families in need. She has worked with children’s homes to provide gifts at Christmas, and she has been actively involved in fighting human trafficking through her partnership with Survivor Led Solutions. In 2020, while serving as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Pensacola Bay Area, Terry helped host a human trafficking summit to bring awareness to one of the fastest-growing criminal enterprises in the world.
Terry believes everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home and to feel supported through the process. She treats every client like family—offering guidance, education, communication, and care every step of the way.
