Terry O’Toole went over and above all standards of professional realtors for our family. We needed to sell the home of my brother who passed away in May. He left his house to his three surviving siblings. Each one lived in a different state. It was a very complicated transaction. Terry designed a closing good for the sellers and buyer where we all signed and then overnighted them to the next signer. He walked each one is us through it on the phone.

Terry also helped us with practical things, like removing yard waste when the hired yard company didn’t show up. Through it all he was attentive and good humored . We give him our highest recommendation .

Terry made it a very easy process for me to do what I needed to. He was informative, explaining things with every step. He sold two properties for me and purchased one. He listened to my wishes and set about making them happen. He went over and above his duties to ensure I got what I wanted in this. He made this a great experience! Thanks, Terry!
