About Terry

With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Terry has been a Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington since 2001 and currently serves as a Managing Broker. Terry also brings five years of experience as a licensed real estate professional in Illinois. Dedicated to affordable housing, she is a Board Member for Real Estate Professionals for Affordable Housing and is actively involved in various leadership roles within the Jefferson County Association of Realtors, having served as President in 2008 and 2011. She currently chairs both the Finance Committee and the Community and Government Affairs Committee.

A long-time resident of the area since 1992, Terry has contributed to the local community by serving on the Jefferson County Housing Task Force and the Jefferson County Oversight Board. As a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, she is committed to helping provide affordable housing solutions. Additionally, Terry teaches Homebuyer Education Classes for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, helping to guide future homeowners through the process.

Outside of professional responsibilities, Terry enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, and baking. This combination of deep industry expertise, community involvement, and a passion for helping others has made her a trusted real estate professional in the region.
