I’m not your average Real Estate Agent. If you’ve stumbled across one of my videos, chances are you saw me squeezing into a broom closet or turning a listing walkthrough into a full-blown comedy sketch. But behind the sarcasm and the social media antics, there’s a serious strategy at work. I don’t just sell homes, I craft experiences, build trust, and teach clients how to navigate the ever-changing real estate market with confidence.

Before I jumped into real estate, I built a successful boutique cookie company from the ground up. It was fast-paced, creative, and demanding, everything I love. But what really stuck with me was the lesson that a great presentation matters. Whether it’s packaging cookies or marketing a $500,000 home, you’ve got one shot to capture someone’s attention. I took that mindset with me into real estate and never looked back.

These days, I spend my time helping buyers, sellers, and curious sideline-scrollers make smarter real estate decisions. My background in marketing and my obsession with storytelling have helped me develop a unique approach. I use strategic video content, email campaigns that actually get opened, and staging advice that turns heads. My weekly educational skits with Anne and Cinthia aren’t just funny, they’re tools to break down complicated topics in ways people actually enjoy.

At the core of what I do is education. Whether I’m walking a first-time buyer through the homestead exemption process or helping a seasoned seller evaluate off-market offers, my goal is always the same: help you make decisions with clarity. Of course, it’s not all spreadsheets, videos, and disclosures; I’m also constantly brushing up on the serious stuff, Fair Housing compliance, contract changes, and the new post-NAR commission rules.
