Tess made the entire process super simple. We chatted on a Wednesday and outlined what my ‘must have’ checklist was, ideal budget range, and location parameters, and by that Sunday we had found the perfect home and had an offer accepted! She then helped answer all my (many) questions about the rest of the process and everything went exceptionally smoothly. In just 5 weeks since I called Tess to begin the process, we closed on the house and I am thrilled with my choice to use Tess as my realtor!

Tess went above & beyond our expectations. Since we were dealing with a sellers market we were afraid we would lose the house we wanted to a more aggressive buyer or to a buyer with a cash offer. But Tess gave us great advice in how to make our offer very appealing to the seller without having to go over our budget. It all went very smoothly & we were thrilled with our choice.

TESS IS THE BEST!!!!I know that sounds like a cheer but it's so true! My husband and I live two hours away and I thought buying a place long distance would be difficult. Not so! TESS made it very easy. She's very friendly and accommodating, and helped us narrow our search to what we really wanted. TESS always kept us in the loop and communication was so easy with her. She stayed on top of the market and always knew what was available in our price range. I never had to wait long for a response to a text or call to be returned. Now that we've purchased our place I think I'll miss being in contact with her! We give Tess a 10+ and very highly recommend her!
