Tessa Grimm is a full service realtor. I had to sell my parents' house as part of their estate. Living over two hours away makes it difficult to sell a house. Tessa was a tremendous help. Whatever was needed she got done from moving furniture out of the house, getting the deck stained, carpet shampooed, house cleaned etc.

I met Tessa through Gary Wolter. She came over to our home and sat down with my Husband and I. She listened asked questions, and knew exactly what we we were looking for. She helped us sell our home as well as look for our forever home, during the housing shortage, like the most stressful time. Tessa answered all of my emails, all of texts, walked us through everything, we accepted an offer on our home 1 day after it was listed . We found our forever home, and, she put in an offer for us, and to our surprise it was accepted! She even helped us find temporary housing until we were able to move into our forever home. I would definitely recommend Tessa to anyone!

Tessa is absolutely amazing to work with! She is 100% dedicated to finding you exactly what you are looking for and she makes herself available at all times. I forgot she was out of town and she got back to my text messages very quickly. We were very anxious about buying our first home but Tessa talked us through all of it and made us feel very comfortable.
