I'm blown away by Tessa and her team. Selling and Buying a home are considered the most stressful thing a person/couple/family can do. There is no one else I would want doing this for me except Tessa and her team.

The positive energy, the ability to know when to push, when to wait, when to inform us, when not to inform us was spot on perfect. We had some bumps in the road due to things outside our/Tessa's control and she went WELL above and beyond for us to make sure everything was completed in a timely fashion.

The communication thought the whole process was spot on perfection. This is something I appreciate beyond words. I will never be able to thank her enough for securing my families happiness and future as we moved across the country.

Without Tessa we would not be homeowners. Her expertise and professionalism are unparalleled. Our mortgage company kept delaying our FHA application and then lying about it. In fact, Tessa’s diligence is what led to her discovery of this plethora of errors Tessa was vigilant with daily communication and updates to us. She was relentless on researching our options and when she found solutions the mortgage company was extremely delayed in communicating with us or her. After 5 months of delays and poor communication we were desperate and at the end did our rope. Tessa promptly referred us to a mortgage broker who took us from application to clear to close within 12 days! Tessa is knowledgeable on the ever changing market and able to guide us in every aspect of the home buying journey (mortgages, inspections, appraisals, and more)
It is clear that Tessa is truly passionate about helping her buyers and sellers find their place to call home. I recommend Tessa without reservation to anyone in need of a realtor! Thank you for everything Tessa! We are grateful for you!

Tessa told me from Day 1 "It will all work out!", and she was right! She was an absolute pleasure to work with!!! Tessa helped us look at almost 50 houses throughout NH and MA. My friend mentioned to me he wanted to sell his house. It was a passing conversation. I said before you do anything contact Tessa and I know she will come out and tell you what you need to do. He contacted Tessa, she went over discussed his options hung a sign the next day in his yard. If you aren't working with the right realtor, the housing market is a literally nightmare for buyers right now.
