Dave is Excellent. From beginning to end, Dave was excellent. He took the time when we first contacted him to explain our options and get us setup looking for houses. He was knowledgeable as walked through homes, pointing out both the good and bad. He provided his expert opinions on making offers, what to expect, and supporting us through the process.

We would highly recommend Dave and the Alan Smith team to our friends and family.

A Great Experience from Start to Finish . Corbin Smith is Great along with the entire team. They helped us with anything we needed, from using their box truck to move furniture and boxes to storage, having a staging professional assist us, checking in on our home and even moving our trash and recycle bins in and out of our garage while we were out of town - and so much more. Corbin and the entire team always communicated with us and were always responsive to any questions we had. And, they sold our home for all that we could hope for in less time than the market average in a buyers market. Most importantly to us, The Alan Smith Team say what they do and do what they say. We are very grateful to all of them, especially Corbin.

Couldn't be happier! Alan, Dave, Shari and everyone else the team had involved with getting our house ready for sale and sold, were top notch! It's hard to let go and trust, but that's exactly what I did when it came to following each of Alan and Dave's recommendations and with the use of their vendors. Nobody is more knowledgeable about the Grant Ranch community than the Alan Smith team! When we decided to sell our home in Grant Ranch after 24 years and purchase another within the community, we knew there was no question on who our realtor had to be. Alan Smith provided us with a comprehensive market analysis on our home at the first meeting. His vast knowledge of the area and market was impressive and we knew at once we had made the right choice. The marketing machine Alan has put together is beyond impressive! His guidance and expertise were invaluable in this tough market environment. The professionalism of each person we came in contact with was exceptional, from the finance team to the photography company. From the first steps up until closing, the Team made everything seamless and easy. Someone was always available to answer our questions both in a timely manner and with a high degree of confidence. We also loved the perks that the Alan Smith Team provides...like the TRUCK! Between the unlimited use of the box truck and a moving coordinator that collects bids from moving companies, moving was so much easier than we thought it would be. Working with the Alan Smith Team was definitely the best (and easiest) decision we made!

Excellent Realtor. During the very, very short time that our Father,’s home was on the market Alan and Dave were right there with us. They helped us prepare the house to get top dollar. They gave us names of contractors for the work that needed to be done. The house was on the market for three days and we got an offer. Some negotiating needed to be done, which Alan is a pro at. In addition, we needed the appraisal to come in at the listing price and Alan worked his magic. After everything was all set Alan and Dave got to the finish line.
I would highly recommend Alan and his team.

One Of A Kind Rockstar Team!
We have had the pleasure of working with The Alan Smith Team multiple times over the last 10 years and are always extremely satisfied with the outcome. They have become like family to us, which I feel is very hard to find these days. The team camaraderie shows and is always a settling feeling to know they are always there for you. Buying and selling a home is super stressful and can cause a lot of headaches. Dave and Alan have always helped ease my mind and stress levels in those times and I am truly grateful for them. Best of the Best! After living in our home for 30+ years, we were definitely novices when it came to selling real estate. The Alan Smith Team was invaluable setting us up for a success sale.

Dave Pratt, our realtor, introduced us to the team and, along with his knowledge of the market, creativity and superb guidance, everything fell into place. Emails from the Alan Smith team of experts guided us as to what to expect, step by step.

While 4 homes in our little community sat on the market for 3-5 months, we had an offer in 6 days and were under contract in 9. Every showing was by appointment. No Open Houses! We closed less than a month later. Unfortunately, the other homes are still for sale.

Detailed and professional emails from The Alan Smith team clearly explained every step to our Closing. We were immediately connected with their Title experts who were detailed and professional. The process was easy and seamless.

Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. This is our second time using the Alan Smith Team and again, it was an amazing process. Corbin was able to handling everything while we were out of state which gave us peace if mind. Once the house was cleaned out, he had different vendors that were able to handle a deep clean, pictures, and general fixes ready to go so we didn't have to do any of it! You will not find a greater team! If you are looking for the absolute BEST, whether buying or selling, this is the team for you.
