Dawn was amazing. This was my first time selling a house, and I had a ton of questions. Dawn was thorough, responsive, and listened to all of my concerns along the way. She eased so much of stress and I would highly recommend her.

I couldn’t have been happier with the entire process. On top of that, she helped me sift through the many offers we received. From our first meeting through closing, I knew exactly what to expect and she was there for every step of the way. 10/10!
