The greater Ann Arbor area is a wonderful place to live, work and play. It’s no wonder Ann Arbor has been named one of the top 10 cities to raise a family. Only the Ann Arbor area could be finer than to be in Carolina!

Obtaining my real estate license in the 80's during one of the most challenging real estate market environments was exciting and rewarding. After several successful years, I took a break from real estate and entered the corporate world. Then, before reactivating my real estate license, I opened Regrets Only, a small gift and stationery shop, located in Kerrytown and then on Main Street in downtown Ann Arbor. Owning my little business provided a wonderful opportunity, not only to become a familiar face in Ann Arbor, but also to build relationships and give back to the community. These relationships have proven to be invaluable to my real estate success.

We recommend the Chenevey Group. They have a lot of experience to offer, are friendly, and very helpful. We recently had a very bad experience with a realtor, so we felt lucky to find them. We found a home after a long search and have rented through their office. Both experiences have been as easy as possible. They care about representing you well, and are very responsive.
