Update Aug 2023: This is now the 2nd time I'm reviewing this team, as they just sold my house of 32 years in 10 days, all cash offer over list! Nick made the entire process as painless as he could, taking over every aspect of the process, always a pro, always available, always giving 100%. Did I mention experts at social media marketing? If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you are thinking of selling or buying, don't think twice, call the brothers!!! Truly a team of sweet, nice guys

Prior review: I had only "met" the Gummow Bros on Instagram, but based on their presence there I referred them to a friend. So glad I did! As I watched the entire process unfold, she had a terrific experience, sold the house quickly, and waaay above asking - and they are super nice people to boot. Don't even think about it, just call the Gummow team to get it done!

We worked with Brandon when it came time to buy our first house. We were excited, but let's be honest buying in Cali can be intimadating. The house hunting process was much faster than anticipated and we were in contract within 2 months of looking. Not only that, a house that checked all the boxes- square footage, yard, and budget. We got in before the open house hit and the rest is history. Brandon works fast and without his quick action and negotiating skills, we wouldn't have gotten the house if it went to market. If you're looking for a team that will hustle for you and has strong communication, this is it!

We developed a relationship with The Gummow Brothers a few years ago when they sold my friend’s home. We invited them to our home and talked about pricing, current market trends and their values. We decided to hold off on the sale for a bit. We would occasionally contact the Gummows for updated information and occasionally they would contact us. They were never pushy or aggressive and always closed by saying … if and when you are ready - we are here for you! And YES they were. When we were ready we called and Nick Gummow responded immediately! He listed our home, printed brochures, put out the sign, had an open house for realtors during a rainstorm and power outage and SOLD our home in a week! It just doesn’t get any better than that! Their thoroughness and guidance was invaluable. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them whether you are just beginning the process or ready to go to market!

We bought our house at the end of 2020 with the Gummow brothers. It was a really great process. We saw 3 houses and found a house we liked within our price range. Nick was straightforward on what we needed to win the bidding. We move fast but Nick moves faster. We got the house and moved in. After 8 months our jobs being remote, my husband and I decided to move to nevada. We contacted nick and he took care of everything. He was able to remodel the house, install new flooring and paint, clean up our mess (we had a lot), stage the house, do the pictures and sell it within a month for over asking price! Nick if your reading this, thank you so much, your help allowed us to move near our families and purchase a beautiful home near our family.

Brandon and Nick are top notch. They know their market, the homes, and the neighborhoods. I asked the impossible " Sell my house for top dollar in two weeks." They reset me with some reasonable expectations then blew them out of the water.

They sold my house in about 3-days for the highest price-per-square-foot in Campbell history for homes over 1,600 square-feet & under 1 acre. More importantly they made my process painless all the way down to finding me an agent in my new home state.

These two are on top of their game. Professional, responsive, easy to work with and damn good at what they do. I wouldn't consider any other agents in the South Bay area for any future purchase or sale.

Nick and Brandon individually and collectively are among the best of the best. They balance a high level of professionalism with a genuine care for their clients. They were on time to every meeting, and carved time out of their busy schedules to accommodate my own schedule. They patiently put up with a bunch of “no’s” before we got to the “yes”. When we finally found the right home, they spent many hours to personally walk through the offer process and paperwork and answer every question. When they didn’t have an answer, they spent more hours doing research and making calls to make sure we were confident going in with an offer. If you are in need of a real estate agent, look no further. Brandon truly goes above and beyond in serving his clients. He was our agent for listing our house in the Japantown area of San Jose. Start to finish, he was completely on top of the entire transaction. He made great suggestions for preparing the house for listing and immediately brought over his contacts for quotes. Once we decided to move forward with his recommendations, he was on top of scheduling the work and making sure it was done in a timely and efficient manner. Here is where he really shined: he recommended accent flowers for the patio area. He went and picked them and planted them himself! We had some oil and water stains on the garage floor. He brought over some cleaner and scrubbed them himself! We had items to donate and he helped load the truck and went along to deliver the items to the donation facility! Unreal! Who does that?!! To finish it off, he had a great recommendation for movers and accompanied us to the signing. I can't possibly recommend Brandon enough, he is the consummate professional!!
