Rob has been through it with us for sure! He had a checklist from Dan (& I’ll be honest it felt near impossible to find in this market and day and age) that we kept hoping for… but quickly called them unicorns if they popped up as they would just be out of reach when we tried for them.
I was already thinking rent may be our best option and just look again in a year or 2, in hopes of change… but Rob kept it light, kept positive and kept pushing and rooting for us. Snacks, nuggets and Rita’s were a go-to during longer day searches with back to back to back (to back) showings. His time and energy was recognized time and again with late hours and early mornings to get offers in as quickly as humanly possible! His insights and recommendations were beyond helpful and he kept the entire experience fun, even with all the ups and downs.
We appreciated everything him and the Hamilton team did for us and (being a recommendation from friends) would quickly continue to pass along the word that they are great to work with! And with Rob learning the insurance side, he took two birds with one stone, streamlining the process. We chased Brad all over central PA for the better part of 6 years, looking at a wide variety of properties. Every time I reached out Brad was quick to reply and quick to set up the showing. Saturdays. Evenings. Early mornings… it never mattered, he was always willing to be there when we needed him!
