Andrew is and will continue to be our realtor of choice. In the most competitive times for the housing market we saw houses throughout the week and at all times of the day. Andrew is flexible and motivated to land you in the house of your dreams. In the end, my wife and I had to make a tough decision because we had multiple offers accepted on houses. Andrew worked hard and it paid off as he was able to give us options to choose from and that was simply unheard of in the year of 2021.

So grateful that I had a chance to work the the Kozy Team!

I was a first time home buyer and nervous to enter into the housing market during Covid, not sure what to expect.

From the get go Andrew and the Kozy Team was attentive and very professional, with a thorough knowledge of the market they helped me navigate finding my first home.

One of the more professional qualities of Team Kozy is their willingness to do the leg work when wanting to find out about the houses and area that we were unfamiliar with. At all time I felt like I was in good hands, which is priceless to me.

They were really responsive and took care of my needs. I really couldn’t ask for a better agent.

Definitely doing business with them again in the future.
