Michael made the entire process as easy as possible. We were selling our house in PA and moving to FL. Michael was there for every step, and ensured that it went as smoothly as possible. He had a contract on our house in PA in less than 48 hours of it being “live”. He also made the process of finding a house in FL easy. He has many connections, and was able to fit our needs over 1000 miles away.

I think the thing that sets him apart from other realtors is the pure drive this man has. He doesn’t stop until his client is happy. His true intentions on wanting to help really shine through. You’re not just a paycheck to him, and that is what we really love about Michael.

You really can’t go wrong with choosing him. He has really created something special in what he does, and what he has to offer.

We met Michael through my parents who had previously sold their house. Michael was able to work with us through our crazy schedules as well as us living in a different state. He is always quick to respond to texts and phone calls, as well as set up showings. He is full of great information and knowledge about the current market, and really guided us through this crazy market as first-time home buyers. He gave us his honest opinion on every house and told us when to “run” from any major red flag homes. He was able to pick out any possible problems that wouldn’t pass inspection (which was great considering the current market doesn’t allow for inspections). We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience in purchasing our first home!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Michael Harget as our seller's agent. It was months between our first meeting with him and the time we were able to list our house for sale. In the interim he occasionally checked in with us to see how we were doing but never pressured us to move forward with the listing. His experience and connections were extremely valuable to us. He said our house would be under contract after 2-3 days on the market and that was hard for us to believe but that is exactly what happened. Everything positive that Michael told us would happen was true. He's a pleasure to work with and was always available when we needed him. He's the consummate professional but is also kind and has a great sense of humor. He helped us every step of the way, went above and beyond for us and we'll never forget that. I had to sell my mother's home quickly -- I was referred to Michael and he returned my initial call immediately and within a week we had our first offer. Although that fell through (through no fault of his), he started again and again before the end of the second week we had a second offer. I live 50 miles away from where the house was, he over-saw the repairs that were needed, he went above and beyond every single day. He kept me totally informed at every turn and the house was sold at full asking price. The settlement was also quick and easy. I would use Michael again tomorrow if I had a house to sell or was looking to buy and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
