It was the best selling experience I have ever had not only was Rob fast and professional but he went as far as to help move the last load of belongings out of the house and help with finishing touch ups like installing the smoke/cabin monoxide detectors and putting down the last threshold from carpet to hard wood.

We had had our house on the market with another realtor for 6 months prior to hiring Mr. Quintero. Once we made the change to him, he had us under contract in about 2 weeks!
I believe we didn't get the best price we could because of the first realtor not selling so quickly, and likely lost at least 3 or 4 thousand dollars because of it. Mr. Quintero got it done, no BS, no experimental marketing methods, just good old fashioned hustle.
