We worked with Dustin Goldstein at the Young Group and we could not have asked for a better realtor. Dustin is so knowledgeable about the area and goes above and beyond to find the right house for his clients.

We moved from Utah to Ohio without ever visiting the Cleveland area. We had no idea and no local resources to help figure out anything related to housing. Dustin helped us hone in on where we should look to buy and when it came time to make an offer he gave us the information and confidence to be able to close on our top house pick. Again, we never visited the house and only did a virtual tour. We could not be happier with our home and neighborhood. I heard about the Young Team over the radio, and though I didn't pay much attention, I made a mental note to “check out what all the hype was about”.

I've always heard that selling a house was very stressful, and coupled with the peculiar housing market of 2022, I needed an agent that understood the market, was experienced in the local area and played fair. Then I decided to give the Young Team a call.
From the moment my listing consultant, Jen, walked into my house for the presales consultation till I signed the closing docs, every step of the process was well planned and communicated. All my questions were answered within 10 minutes (yes, I timed it) 😄.

The listing consultant walked through and provided valuable information that I used to get my house picture-perfect for listing and showing.
The photo session was professionally coordinated by Kelly, Jenni and the rest of the listing coordination team. It generated thousands of views online and by the end of the first day, I had received dozens of requests for showings and I couldn't be prouder.

By the next day, we received multiple solid offers, and accepted the highest and best offer within 48 hours.

Through the sale and closing process, Sara and the transaction team provided professional guidance, support and insight that made the whole process seamless and stress free.
One thing that endeared me further was that the listing consultant put my interest first above their commission. She was amenable to negotiations and ensured that the terms were agreeable to me.

Where do I begin? When my mom had to sale her home due to health issues I didn't know what realtor to use. My husband and I moved from Cleveland 25 years ago and our realtor that we had I couldn't locate. So, off to Google University I went, the place with all the answers. I searched realtors in the Greater Cleveland area. Several companies appeared, but the Young team from Keller Williams stuck out! Their reviews were stellar and the people just kept going on and on about the wonderful experiences they had with Keller Williams~ The Young team. So, I thought hmm, let's take a look at their website, I was impressed. After days of reading reviews on several real estate companies ( I am a huge fan of reviews they are the real deal folks) I decided on Keller Williams.
The Young team has several experienced realtors however, we chose
MIKE ROBERTS and we hit a grand slam in picking this guy!! He knows real estate, he has great negotiation and selling skills, he is ambitious, he has drive, charisma, great communicator, funny, and he also showed strong organization skills everything we needed to get 11 offers on my moms home and it sold over the weekend! :)
Mike and his team were OUTSTANDING!!! I can't say enough about this group. I love the way The Young Team handled everything! You never felt rushed, not cared for, or lacked attention because they red carpet handle everything from start to finish! From the very start until the end you are taken care of. The girls Kelly and Emily were remarkable in making sure the house was ready to be presented to the market. They gave such wonderful tips and were eager to answer all my questions. The photographer that took the pictures was great too, he made sure the lighting was perfect and everything looked outstanding- KUDOS! Molly our closing specialist once we were under contract coordinated everything pertaining to the closing, she was fantastic!
I can't say enough about this group of people, from the initial meeting with Mike until the very end the Young team has been nothing but INCREDIBLE and simply AHH-MAZING!! If you are selling your home, thinking of selling your home, know someone that is selling or maybe you are buying one. Don't waste your time looking all over town for a real estate agent. I have used Josh and the Young Team for 4 housing transactions. Now I feel like most people have a friend that is a realtor, but buying or selling a house is a very big deal for anyone. He worked with us diligently through multiple showings, a wife with an ever growing list of must-haves and our difficult schedule. Without him, I don't know what we would have done. Sold my house and had less then a month to find a new house and close.

Dustin then left town for the week so he had Mike step in while he was out. Seems funny to think about purchasing a home being something you would do all over again because the experience was that great but here we are... My husband and I were moving across the country and we knew that we needed to have someone that could put up with last minute changes, zoom meetings, driving around a huge city that we know nothing about and making sure to keep us in the areas that they knew would be right for us. We did not even know where to start so I started googling realtors and saw the Young Team and the many 5-star reviews so decided to reach out and we were paired up with Bobby Heller the following morning. Bobby was absolutely amazing and we literally could not have asked for a better realtor if we tried - he was so flexible with our time change on calls and open houses and answering texts and calls with silly questions from first time out of state home owners that do not know a thing about Cleveland. We found an absolutely "perfect for us" home outside of our area we were looking and range but knew that it was the one and Bobby helped us through every step ensuring it was the perfect fit for us and it was. We closed in less then 30 days and everything went as smooth as it could with one of us in Ohio and one in Seattle - everyone Bobby recommended from Inspectors, Mortgage Company, Title, Insurance and everyone in between was perfect and all went above and beyond what we could have expected. As I started above - we would do it again and hope to one day with Bobby when we are ready to upgrade or purchase for investment and would highly recommend him!

There are those times, albeit few and far between, that you feel great knowing you have someone in your corner. For the wife and I, that person was Bobby Heller. We just purchased a home in the Cleveland area and we were fortunate to have Bobby as our real estate professional. He is very intelligent about this profession, but not condescending in how he explains things. He is fiercely loyal in keeping to the parameters you need for your home (he never once told us we will have to compromise - despite our many home requirements). He does not quit...never did Bobby try to rush us off the phone or out of a showing. Most importantly, he is just a good guy....and you can't fake that part. While there are many realtors out there, many of whom may do an acceptable job fulfilling your realtor needs, I believe that there are only a few that are like Bobby. The man is patient, committed, professional, funny, and just easy to work with. He is an asset to his company. My wish for your home buying/selling needs is that Bobby is your realtor.

We recently sold our home and bought our dream home with the help of Josh and the entire Young Team. Cara, Danielle, Claire and Terry were the team members who we really felt kept the entire process smooth and moving forwards. When we sat down with Josh prior to signing up with him as our agent he explained that they were unique because of their TEAM approach and ability to have multiple people working with us at once. They also explained that they had great Marketing and Advertising strengths and boy did it not disappoint! We had a 3D video tour of our home and amazing photos. Our house sold in just 3 weeks. After we sold our home, Josh was able to show us our dream home in our dream location and seal the deal. He is the epitome of a professional and thinks of everything to make sure timelines and deals stay secure. He was very VERY punctual and never left us waiting, which we LOVED. He is a very hard working real estate agent and good at what he does.
Lastly, I have two daughters who enjoyed the process as well and every time we looked at a house Josh would play with them and make them laugh when I was busy examining a room. They still ask me when they can see him and play again! He and his team are easy going, wonderful professionals and I highly recommend them. Our entire process was smooth, worry free and done in 6 weeks total! Every recommendation he and his team made along the way was solid from, inspections to financing. I am so glad we met Josh and his Team.

Mike Roberts helped walk me through the process of purchasing my first home. He was very patient as we looked at houses in multiple neighborhoods so I could narrow down where I wanted to live. Mike also answered all of my many questions and was instructive pointing out various features of the homes viewed including safety features and positives and negatives of the homes and the locations. This helped me to feel comfortable placing an offer on a house. He helped me with the offer process and the purchase of my first home went through without a hitch. Fast forward several years later when I had to relocate due to my job, Mike introduced me to his colleague Ryan who helped me through the process of selling my house. The Young Team did an exceptional job putting together photos and a virtual tour of my home, provided pointers for preparing the house for showings, and helped me navigate the process of multiple offers and selling all in the middle of the Covid pandemic! Its never easy to buy or sell a home but the Young team certainly can navigate you through the full spectrum in a secure and confident manner. If I had stayed in Cleveland, I would continue to use the Young Team for any future buying or selling need I might have. Highly recommend the Young Team!
