Victoria is an incredible realtor. We were moving to Atlanta from Cleveland, and had very little knowledge of the city. Victoria found a number of listings for us. She also listened to what we said we liked and didn’t like. She did multiple FaceTime tours with us at all hours of the day, and never complained. When we were able to fly out for one day, she lined up 14 listings for us to see! We put an offer in the next day and got our dream condo in the heart of midtown. Great experience. Would highly recommend Victoria, and Zac Team, to anyone in need of a realtor!

I could not have been more impressed with the Zac Team and the realtors who helped me, Jessica Emerson and Victoria Mucci. Around the time when Dan and I decided to sell our house a colorful sign showed up in the neighborhood: "Zac did it again". The sign was hard to miss and I am glad I did not miss it. I called, we met with Zac and Tim and that was the beginning of a very good experience. It takes a lot of work to sell a house but to us the process appeared seamless and easy. Zac and his team did all the work. They were prompt, efficient and available whenever we wanted to get in touch. Zac had told us, when we met, that he worked a lot to make his phones ring and therefore he answers them. And he did. We are very happy with the outcome of the sale.

I just bought my first townhouse with Zoe and the Zac team. Zoe was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient and helped guide me through all stages of the homebuying process. We spent several long days touring properties and Zoe was always willing to squeeze in a few more showings to an already busy schedule just to make sure that I got to see everything I wanted. I ended up changing my goals halfway through and Zoe was understanding and never expressed any frustration or impatience with me for starting the process over again - even though it meant many more long days of showings. We just moved to Georgia from California and didn't know the area at all. We worked primarily with Jon Acuff searching for our new home and had a great time. He was flexible and adjusted quickly when we changed the parameters for what we were looking for. He was quick to respond and helped us put in offers asap once we found something we liked. He was very knowledgeable about negotiations, the home inspection and the subsequent negotiations. Once we were in escrow, the process went smoothly and quickly with the Zac team handling all the logistics and walking us through the paperwork. I would highly recommend the Zac team. Sarah at The Zac Team is INCREDIBLE. Every interaction with her is efficient, polished, thoughtful, and strategic. She is open-minded and fast-acting. My husband and I both work full-time, and have our two kids at home at the moment (due to the mania that is Covid-19). Sarah could not have made the house-hunting and purchasing process easier (even with all the added difficulties due to coronavirus). She answered us quickly in the hours of the day we were free (which typically weren't working hours), moved things forward quickly EVERY single step of the way, and always advised on next steps fast. If you're a type A person who is nervous about dealing with any sketchiness or delays when pursuing a home, Sarah is YOUR PERSON! As first-time home buyers she openly shared all her knowledge with us, got answers to our questions fast, and always prioritized what we wanted. She never tried to push listings on us that weren't in line with our priorities. I can't say enough about her professionalism and sophistication. We highly recommend Sarah, and encourage anyone who doesn't have time for any nonsense in the home-buying process to flock to her! We went from initially starting our search (for the first time ever) to owning a home in just over a month. We are not millionaires and we had no clue how to pursue a mortgage, etc. Her contacts, recommendations, and optimistic attitude (at all times) were fantastic. On top of doing her job above and beyond, we consider Sarah to be a friend forever now. I was impressed from the very beginning when I contacted the Zac Team to help sell my home because out of the several Realtors I contacted, the Zac Team was the only one that responded to my initial call on the same day. All the others took 2 or more days to respond and by then it was too late. I had a very informative zoom meeting call with Zac and the selling Realtor (Tim). My son and I just purchased a home for him through Kelly and the experience was great. He had just moved to Atlanta from the Northeast and immediately was interested in purchasing a home. I told him that I would be happy helping him purchase the home if need be, but wanted to make sure he wasn't getting in over his head. As I am still up in the Northeast, I wouldn't be much help, other than conversations over the phone. I was afraid that he would be out on his own, and not certain of everything he needed to do. What I truly appreciated is that she didn't try and sell him on the most expensive house that they saw, but on the house that was best for him. Working with Drew was a great experience. I was selling my condo from out of town, and so Drew and the Zac team were incredibly attentive and helpful through the whole process. It was a MUCH easier process because of Drew's work.

My property sold within just a few days of going on the market and the offer was higher than asking price. Drew and the Zac team helped me make sure the place was ready for showings and then helped coordinate some of the small repairs the buyer requested.

Since I used The Zac Team to purchase my condo that process went so great I decide to use them again to sell my place. Due to some personal situations and family responsibilities I needed to sell my condo ASAP. I knew I had to call Zac since they are the best in the Metro Atlanta area. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful, so do yourself a favor use Zac Team and take that piece out of the equation. You get what you pay for!

Zac and his team were very responsive the first time I reached out to him. They came out to meet me right away to check out my condo and walk me through the selling process. I worked with Andrew who had an amazing market analysis at the meeting. He thoroughly explained the current state of the housing market have gave me multiple scenarios of what I could expect. Needless to say it was no brainer to go with them.

I am not making this up when I say I got multiple offers on my condo a day a half later. Not only did I accept the offer in less than 48 hrs but I ended up getting more for my condo then asking price! Now obviously everyones results will differ due to market conditions but their process has been clearly working for others if you read the other reviews.

Overall the experience with Zac Team both buying and selling my place was just first class. The entire team is very professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They really have your best interest when working with you and I would highly recommend. Thank you for the help Zac!

I met Glynn Servy in a desperate situation in 2018. My farmhouse in Missouri had just burned and my husband had died in my arms after trying to fight the flames. I drove hundreds of miles straight to Atlanta with my two year old little girl in tow. My family lived in the Jonesboro area and I needed to purchase a house near there with limited funds to raise my little girl. Glynn happily took on the challenge. Once the decision was made to purchase a condo in Atlanta GA near Emory University, Ms. Jessica Emerson was contacted. Jessica was very quick to respond and showed six condos in one evening. The last Condo was the one. Jessica was wonderful in helping us navigate the process. She suggested the names of the lenders to pre-qualify; it was a breeze. Jessica also recommended to go about the inspection as well as getting the condo insurance. We noted that Jessica was not pushing towards anyone but gave us the options and waited for our response. It was wonderful to work with Jessica as she responded to all our queries. From start to finish, it took a month and a day to close the condo.

Jessica worked tirelessly and was always pleasant and thoroughly professional.

We contacted her about a rental property at 7:00 am on a Saturday, and within minutes she called us back and scheduled a tour for less than two hours later. I chose the Zac Team to sell my 2 bedroom Buckhead condo and could not have been happier. My agent was Brian Rothstein, and he was awesome to work with and always very responsive.
One of the things I was looking for in choosing an agent was the ability to get really good pictures for the listing, and they use a professional photographer that took amazing pictures of my little condo, and really made the listing stand out.
Once the listing was posted they sent me the info for an app so I could see how many people were viewing the property. Clearly they have a large network because as soon as it was active there were lots of showings being booked, and the condo was under contract in less than a week. Even better it sold for several thousand more than any condo in the complex in at least the last 8 years, and significantly higher than the average. Brian walked me through every step of the process and was always on top of things. Made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

I usually do not take time to complete reviews, even though I read them as a reference for good service. However, the service I received from The Zac Team shouldn’t go unnoticed.
My husband and I have been in the same home for ages, but we decided to downsize into a condo. We were clueless about the process and hesitant about reaching out to realtors. We didn’t want to be hammered with calls and we didn’t trust that they would have our best interest in mind. I took a chance and reached out to The Zac Team. Andrew, on Zac’s team guided us through the whole process and never skipped a beat. He was very patient and accommodating with our work schedules. We contacted the team & we were placed with Tracy, as she works with first time buyers often & we had no clue what we were doing. We felt like we were taken seriously, even with our humble budget, which meant the world to both of us. Tracy took us out about once a week to see a list of 5-7 homes & was always available; she let us know ahead of time if she wasn't going to be available which was great! The only part of the process that we felt uncomfortable with was the actual closing. We had no idea anything about the home buying process and Jon was always available to answer the millions of questions we had. Also, we did not have a move buy date that we needed to find a house so we were very picky and took our time, and Jon was very patient and helped us find the perfect house and we couldn't be happier.

I’d highly recommend Jon Kettering to be your real estate agent for any and all of your real estate needs. In a sellers’ market with fewer inventories, it is too difficult for a buyer to get the right home at right price. Plus, if you are a first time buyer, you wouldn’t be aware of the market, real estate process etc. I have heard that few agents pressurize clients to buy a home even thought it might not be in the best interest for client. Working with Jon helped me to get the “right home at the right price”. He knows the ins and outs of real estate, not to mention his high degree of professionalism. Janis has become a part of our little family! She was patient and did not pressure us at all. She knew what we wanted and took us to see every house we asked to see until we found THE ONE! She didn't try to talk us into anything...even after we changed our minds...10 times! We started with a condo by the park, to a house in Roswell, to a fixer upper in Decatur, to putting a move on hold and moving in with the parents, to a townhouse in Morningside. The Zac Team was great. Specifically, we worked with Ken Kraften to sell our condo, and he did an excellent job! He was very attentive and responsive to the questions and concerns we had. Ken knew the market well and did his research before meeting with me, so he knew what my place was worth and what I deserved. With his experience, he made this process as easy as possible. Another great service they provide is an updated database of homes sold within a specific neighborhood. Because of this, I could see what other condos were being sold for in my complex, and it really educated me about the fair market value for my place.

The Zac Team also offered great services to get my condo sold quick, and none of the services cost me anything out-of-pocket! They paid for a stager to come to my home and make recommendations to present my home in a better way. They also had an excellent photographer and marketing team that created some great marketing materials.

The quick version: Alli was perceptive, knowledgeable, responsive, diligent, and friendly! She found us a great house and the entire process was very smooth (especially impressive since we're first-time buyers)!

The longer version: We originally found Alli through Zillow - we wanted to see a particular house, and Zillow randomly assigned us to her. When we got in touch, she explained that the particular house we wanted to look at was already off the market (Zillow sometimes lags a bit). She gave us a link to a more up-to-date set of listings and asked if we'd like to meet so she can help us with our house search. We explained that we were only casually looking and really didn't intend to buy a house any time soon (if at all). Despite that, she said she'd be happy to meet and learn more about our interests, and she even came out to our apartment to meet with us (we'd recently had a baby and didn't want to travel).

Alli took us out to see a number of different houses on different occasions, helping us to get a sense of the market and different neighborhoods. She understood that we were still in "just browsing" mode, and we never felt like she was pushing us to buy something. She was helpful in helping us think out the pros and cons of various houses. She was attentive in listening to what we liked and didn't like, and eventually suggested visiting a house that hadn't been on our list. It was fairly different than some of the things we'd been choosing to visit, and we realized as we walked through that it was actually much more in line with our style! I thought it was really impressive that she seemed to know our needs/ interests better than we did! (And it was less expensive than some others we'd been looking at - which was great!) That ended up being the house that we bought.

Alli continued to be very responsive and helpful after we'd made an offer on the house. She answered lots of questions (by phone, text, and email), and helped us to understand everything in the contract (we had some questions about some of the terminology, and she actually walked us through it paragraph by paragraph). She explained what we would do during the buying process, and made suggestions related to finding mortgage brokers and inspectors.

We couldn't be present at the inspection, so Alli went in our place - and she took measurements of the rooms for us. She made good recommendations about what to ask the sellers to fix, and everything we asked for ended up getting done. Alli did a walk-through herself afterwards, noting a couple small things that would require follow-up, and she did another walk-through with us when we got back to town.

Overall, the process went really smoothly, and we really enjoyed working with Alli!

We found a Zac Team property on the market, then had the good luck to connect with Jon Kettering to show it to us. While that property didn't work out, Jon did a great job of finding the right one for us. He stuck with us on a grueling 'stop-start' loan process and gave great advice (which we didn't always heed, regrettably).

At one point on the journey to the closing table we felt we were almost home, only to be find ourselves back at step one. We had to extend the close at least three times. When we at last were at our closing, Jon told us a personal story of his own that paralleled our experience (about bike riding of all things!), which really let us know he understood our feelings and frustrations. He helped us 'get back on the bike' and keep riding. Thanks to Jon and the Zac team (and to Karen Shumski at Silverton Mortgage, who was not only a great advocate for us with the underwriters, but was fantastic with our twin boys at the close).

We can’t recommend The Zac Team enough. They are simply fantastic and after all the realtors I/we have dealt with they will always stand out in my mind.

My better half and I relocated from Florida to Atlanta and found dealing with The Zac Team seamless from start to finish. Melissa and Jon are fantastic at what they do. They made the stressful process a lot easier and brought professionalism to the table in every department, including recommending us to other trusted service providers that we needed to purchase the home. They excel in communication, knowledge, ability and professionalism.

We started by finding The Zac Team online and submitted our details to be able to search properties on their website. Within a couple of hours Melissa called to understand our needs and was happy to take the time to really understand us, and what we were looking for (even reading between the lines of what we were saying and what we really meant!).

The way that it worked for us was that Melissa was our broker and Jon our ‘on the street’ guy, this was a novel experience and really made a difference having a team working for us. During our search, we had limited time across two weekends and they were both working tirelessly to help us see only houses that fit our criteria during our viewings. They went and looked at houses before us and vetted any that we were interested in. We ended up seeing over 15 properties in 3 sessions and were never rushed or pressured. During the entire process they were always available and happy to offer advice to aid our decision making process.

The house we ended up purchasing was because of them and their professionalism. Fact. The house had been under contract twice within a short period of time and wasn’t showing up on ANY of the listing sites we were using such as Trulia or, as I understand it, the MLS. Due to their market knowledge and expertise they were able to find us a property to see before others knew that it was back on the market. This gave us a huge advantage when making an offer.

From that point on you could tell that everyone at The Zac Team (with possible exception of Zac’s dog who just wanted to have his belly scratched!) was genuinely interested in US and working towards a positive conclusion. We never felt that they ‘lost interest’ in us after everything was agreed, Melissa even gave us a very tasty house warming gift to help us settle in.

I’ve bought several homes before, my better half was a property virgin and we both had the same positive experience and would recommend The Zac Team wholeheartedly to anyone looking to purchase a home. We would even go far as to say that we made our first friends in Atlanta.

The Zac Team with Re/Max solved our common problem of buying a new home before selling the one that we had. Melissa Piper-Shaughnessy helped us immediately when we found the perfect home that we did not know we had been looking for. We had a great experience working with Ken Kraften and the entire Zac Team in the sale of a house. Ken walked us through the entire process and helped make it very easy. He was quick to respond to our questions and offered sound advice from an obviously experienced perspective. When we needed to have work done, he provided names of multiple contractors and even met them at the house for us when it was not convenient for us to be there.
