Thea helped me buy my home in Santa Fe, NM. It was the first house I put an offer on. I was up against many offers in a hyper-competitive market, specifically all-cash offers. Thea wrote an offer that helped me beat out all the other proposals without having to go all-cash or hit my max spending threshold. And on top of that, Thea made it possible for me to close in three weeks! I am still blown away and so-so thankful for her expertise, hard work, and kindness!

Because so few houses are on the market at any given time, and we were relocating from Texas so we weren’t able to come in person to see every house, Thea showed us houses via FaceTime and gave us her impressions and advice. I saw Thea's name on a "Sold" sign on my friend's house on Barranca Mesa. I hoped that she might be the granddaughter of the Mrs.Nilsson who taught my son years ago. It turned out she was...and the "Smith" part of her name comes from a good friend of mine in Piano Group. Anyway, she was the perfect choice to sell our home. Thea is efficient, organized, friendly and lovely to look at!😊 I basically left many decisions up to her and she did a wonderful job. She walked me through things when I felt a little overwhelmed. She was clear and concise. It was a good experience working with her.

We just closed on our house with Thea and she was an incredible agent! We got a very high price for our house and she made the whole process very smooth and comfortable. We needed a last minute repair to some bathroom tile and she found someone who could do the job in less than 2 weeks for a reasonable price.
