I wish business was always like my experience in selling my home. My neighbor sold their home through Kelly Brownhomes. We met with Thea Velic.
Our first meeting and impression with Thea was casual and stressless. She simplified the process, laid out a plan.
We told her we wanted the sale to be low keyed and no for sale sign in front of the house.
After she estimated the selling price for our home, we agreed. Thea then started the plan in motion. Thea called us a few days later and said she had a client looking for a home in our town and if we wouldn't mind having them take a quick tour, even though the home wasn't ready for sale as yet. We said O.K.
Lo and behold her client loved the home and the location. Thea then put all the processes in motion with her team, constantly keeping in touch.
Thea made sure all our concerns were taken care of, explaining in a layman's terms. As you know the Real Estate arena can be complicated.
House sold, both the buyer and us are very happy with the outcome.
We definitely would recommend Thea if anyone wanted a simple uncomplicated, fun process of selling or buying a home.

Thea is amazing! She is great at what she does and passionate about her work. My fiancé and I met with her last summer wanting to learn more about buying our first home and to start looking at existing homes. Based on our interests, Thea knew new construction would be a better fit for us and brought us to see a community that weekend “to rule it in or out”. She was right, new construction was the path for us! We fell in love with the first community we visited that weekend and are now in a beautiful new home in that neighborhood. I would say we were lucky to fall in love with the first place we visited, but it was Thea’s expertise of the market that brought us right to a place that checked all of our boxes, was in our budget and fit in with our timeline. She provided other communities we could also check out, but she nailed it the first time for us.

Thea was also great to work with throughout the new construction process. She was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner, and knew what questions to ask our builders. She’s a great advocate for her clients and helped to make our new construction process as easy as possible.

Where do I even begin... Thea is hands down the best decision you will make. I had more of a unique situation dealing with selling a house as an estate. The process was long and tedious, but anytime I had a question she was on top of it.

She was always in constant communication with us, which is extremely important when you are trying to get into houses ASAP and place offers. Timing is everything in this process and we truly could not thank her enough for how efficient her communication was wether it was emails, calls or texts.

She also gave us great referrals throughout our home search. She referred us to an inspection person who was nothing short of the best. She also referred us for home owners insurance.

With that being said, our very first offer ended up being accepted, which is amazing during this crazy market. Theas effort did not go unrecognized and we could not thank her enough for being so outstanding during our home search process!

Thea took two first time homebuyers who knew absolutely nothing about the process (My fiancee and I) during the craziest/most competitive real estate market in decades, arguably in all of history, and made magic happen.

She not only was there every step of the way, but she educated and empowered us as buyers..making us feel confident and well equipped in something we used to know NOTHING about.

She was more responsive at answering my texts than my friends and family if I'm being honest (love you guys) -- which is absolutely crucial in home buying scenarios where the clock is ticking, and ticking fast.

And the result? Our first ever offer was accepted!! WITH an inspection! That is a huge feat given the current market of offers being placed sight unseen even. Most importantly, she didn't force us to put in an offer we felt uncomfortable with, and instead, offered unique ways for us to stand out from the dozens of other offers put in.

The thing I respect and cherish most about Thea is she is a straight shooter. She doesn't sugar coat things, and for that reason, had my complete trust throughout the process.

I can not reccomend her enough--And this is coming from someone who is extremely picky--I know i'm not the only one out there.. :)

I had met Thea back in college through some graphic design classes and a few mutual friends. After following her Instagram and seeing some of the beautiful homes she was helping her clients purchase, I knew I wanted her to be our realtor.

My fiancé and I were first-time homebuyers and we truly had no idea what to expect. I figured we would have needed to lean on our parents and homeowner friends to help us during the process but Thea truly did all of the heavy lifting for us. She was ALWAYS available when we had questions or when a potential home came on the market — she was even able to get us a showing in our now home about 45 minutes after it was listed. I spent nearly 7 years looking for a new home for my family. In the fall I finally talked my husband into looking at a house. At this home we met an amazing realtor Thea Velic!!
