Theresa Capuano

Theresa brings an old-fashioned work ethic to her real estate career and is professionally committed to her clients and responsible towards their needs. She has worked extensively in the fields of real estate, law and education. Originally from Brooklyn, NY she started her real estate career as a legal assistant with Chevron Land & Development in California. She received her undergraduate education from John Jay College in New York and graduated magna cum laude as a Legal Studies major followed by a Master's Degree in Elementary and Special Education. Her training and education provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers and effectively marketing properties. Her clients enjoy her gregarious and trustworthy personality.

After living many years in New York and California, Theresa and her family moved to West Long Branch, New Jersey. She enjoys the beaches, the orchards and seeking adventure in the great outdoors. Theresa claims she has found her dream career in real estate!
