There is so much to say about Theresa but I will try to keep this brief. Buying a home is one of the biggest, most important, and fearful purchases of your life. It seems like every part of your financial history is examined and the added stress of finding a place that you can call home.

Theresa was a breath of fresh air from the beginning. From the first phone call to the first meeting to the first home we saw and hated. She reassured us and kept our minds at ease. She had no problems answering my questions and Yes, I had 1,000 questions. This was our first home and though it may not be our forever home it was our first home individually and as a married couple.

Theresa explained parts of the process that made absolutely no sense to us with ease, and it never seemed like we were bothering her. She always smiled, kept our spirits up especially when I was going crazy thinking something was going go wrong.... She never was too busy or frustrated by my questions or uncertainty.

One thing she said to me when I first met her was "I want you both to feel like you are my only clients even if i have 20". I mean I heard her loud and clear but, in my mind, " I kept saying how is she going to pull that off?" But SHE DID. We always felt like her only clients and like she was helping her closest friends find the best house for them.

She made this experience one of the best I have had in 2021. She said it, she meant it, she delivered!!! And even after we moved in, we had a little issue and she checked in on us.

Hands Down- The BEST.... If I ever sell my home and buy another, I hope Theresa is still around.... Her energy, her knowledge, her willingness to set the bar high cannot be matched.

Mrs. Carter handle the real estate transaction very professional. Mrs. Carter save the deal by communicating with the buyer agent that the current bank that the buyer was using is not getting the job done since it has been 3 months. The buyer agent agreed and ask Mrs. Carter for her advice on resolving the issue with the current lender. Mrs. Carter contact one of her many bank resources to see if the bank could offer the buyer a loan for the house. The bank that Mrs. Carter referred to buyer and the buyer agent close the loan in less than 2 weeks.
