Terri, Toni, and Michelle are the dream team. I worked with them to sell my parents home while my parents retired, traveled, and moved out of the country before closing. There were a few surprises that came up during the process but Toni walked us through it and explained it in the detail we needed. She even coordinated and walked through the house with engineers for us so that I didn’t have to travel down NY for the day.

I really cannot recommend them enough. I would definitely work with them again!

Theresa is the ultimate professional in every respect. From the inception of selling or buying a home, she will assist with every detail of the process. We had the pleasure of having Terri as our sales realtor and buyers realtor some years ago and recently. The experiences were both stressful and challenging, needless to say. Terri did a fantastic job helping my mom sell her home! Amongst her strengths:
--Worked well with my mom (a senior), taking extra time and patience to answer many questions.
--Flexible and accommodating with our wishes: For example, we didn't want a "for sale" sign on the lawn. Terri gave us the pro's and con's of this, and then confidently moved forward per our desire; she "made it happen" even if our request wasn't her initial suggestion.
--Great strategy! We discussed possible ways to sell the house, she came prepared with a knowledgable game plan, and executed on it flawlessly.
--Her other team members and associated professionals were also fantastic.
Choosing a realtor is a tough, stressful decision, and we are thrilled that we decided to work with Terri!

She was extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, walked us through the entire process and always made us feel prioritized throughout. She helped us secure multiple offers within only 1 week on the market, and we wound up accepting an offer above asking price.
