Terry Donohue leads with integrity, commitment, and professionalism in everything she does. A self-described “matchmaker,” Terry has spent over two decades connecting clients to their dream homes since she started her first real estate job with Peter Harris at Bolinas Real Estate in 1999.
Passionate about the arts, Terry enjoys photography, writing, poetry, and origami art in her free time. She comes from a strong creative background, having spent time working in the Chicago theater scene after graduating with honors from SUNY Oneonta. When she relocated to the Bay Area, Terry started her own cleaning business and worked as a gallery manager and apprentice to Pt. Reyes Jeweler.
She later became an assistant to the Bolinas Museum director and branched out into Bolinas real estate. Multifaceted and industrious, Terry has lived a fascinating life full of colorful people and unique, challenging jobs. Real estate allows her to engage with people directly every day. Terry relishes the opportunity to help individuals who love West Marin as much as she does and appreciate what the region offers.
Having resided in West Marin for more than 35 years, Terry has extensive knowledge of the communities she serves, including Bolinas, Stinson Beach, Inverness, Olema, Tomales, Point Reyes, and Muir Beach. She can take you on tour through the best neighborhoods and the many charming small towns nestled around the base of Mt. Tamalpais. The proud owner of a lush garden, several chickens, and a beautiful orchard, Terry is happy to recommend her clients to the healthiest local grocers and farmers’ markets nearby.
Terry maintains an exciting, creative, and philanthropic lifestyle as a volunteer firefighter and licensed EMT outside of work. She regularly assists as a member of the Bolinas Volunteer Fire Department and is also a Bolinas Museum board member. Terry is a California Notary Public and a member of the National Notary Association.
Raising her son between Stinson Beach and Bolinas, Terry is immensely proud of the man he is today. At 29, he is an ambitious entrepreneur raising sheep to reduce fuel load and working full-time at the Bolinas Stinson School, of which he is an alum.
