Theresa Fitzpatrick

Theresa Fitzpatrick chose a career in real estate to help people. Having moved many times with her family throughout her life, she empathizes that moving can sometimes be stressful. Her extensive experience provides her the knowledge and wisdom to deliver a smooth transaction process and ensures that her clients are well represented!

Through owning numerous investment properties, Theresa gained a solid understanding of land sales, home construction, permitting and zoning procedures. Having earned a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs, she understands government processes in relation to real estate. She prides herself most on her fortitude and dedication in getting a deal done. Furthermore, her services do not end with the sale of a home, she continues as a resource for all of her clients’ needs in becoming established in their new communities.

As a member of the south coast area for more than two decades, she is dedicated to the community and has volunteered throughout the years in The Old Rochester Regional school system, The Kittansett Club, Piney Point Beach Club, her local church and Southcoast Healthcare. She has been married for 25 years to a local physician and is the mother to four wonderful young adults!
