Theresa Hartwell

Theresa's passion for real estate was sparked over 20 years ago by watching her parents build a life around residential and commercial property investing. In 2014, she began her career with Performance Real Estate as a receptionist at one of the Flathead Valley's top independent brokerages. Within just two years, she became a key part of the management team, helping to grow the company and gaining invaluable insight into every aspect of the buying and selling process. After briefly exploring other real estate companies, she quickly realized the grass wasn’t greener and returned to where it all began—rejoining the Performance Real Estate team with a renewed sense of purpose and loyalty.

Today, as a licensed Realtor, Theresa is dedicated to building lifelong relationships with her clients. She’s known for going above and beyond to ensure every transaction is smooth, informed, and handled with care. Her well-rounded background—including experience in residential and commercial property management—gives her a unique ability to anticipate challenges and find practical solutions.

Theresa moved to the Flathead Valley in 2009 to raise her three daughters in “The Last Best Place.” Her girls are the center of her world, and she strives to be a strong role model both personally and professionally. She also spent four years co-owning a CrossFit gym in Kalispell and still coaches part-time at Big Mountain CrossFit, helping others on their health and wellness journeys. When she's not working, coaching, or spending time with her family, you'll find her hiking local trails, enjoying the lake, or soaking up the beauty of Montana’s great outdoors.
