Theresa Hartwell

Theresa’s passion for the real estate world can be traced back to the last 20 years of watching and learning from her parents, who built a life around residential and commercial real estate investing. Theresa began her career with one of the top independent brokerages in the Flathead Valley in 2014 as a receptionist and within 2 years was a direct part of the management team helping to run and strategically build the company, gaining unparalleled experience in the buying and selling process from all sides of the transaction.


Theresa is a Realtor® who is committed to her clients and is passionate about developing lifetime relationships with those she helps. She will go above and beyond the necessary requirements of the buying and selling process to ensure that her clients receive a high level of care, using her knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and finding solutions to any problems along the way. Theresa is also experienced in both residential and commercial property management.


Theresa moved to the Flathead Valley in 2009 to raise her children in “The Last Best Place”. Her three beautiful daughters are the highlight of her life and she strives to be the best role model for them, both in her business and personal life. Theresa co-owned and operated a CrossFit gym for 4 years in the Kalispell area and currently still possesses the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer credential and loves to coach people in health and fitness. She can often be found either in her garage gym, out on the trails hiking or trail running, relaxing in the woods, camping, or at the lake enjoying everything Montana has to offer.
