Theresa Hill

Coming from a family real estate company, Theresa Hill grew to love and know the real estate business. Her grandmother started a real estate company over 60 years ago in 1937. Real Estate has been a part of her life as long as she can remember.

She has been a licensed Realtor for over 19 years and is a full-time real estate agent. She has received the Top Producer award in listings and/or sales for the past several years with LW Reedy Real Estate (an office of over 90 agents) and have achieved multi-million dollar salesperson status each year.

She has extensive education in the real estate field including a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation, Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation, and a Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) designation and have acquired a certificate of completion for Illinois Military Real Estate Professional approved by the state of Illinois. She also received a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame.

She has great knowledge of all aspects of financing including FHA, VA, and the more creative forms. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers on residential and commercial real estate. Her dedication assures reliable, dependable service. Remember, real estate is in her blood.
