Theresa Hinch

As a realtor since 2002 here in the Denver Metro area, in addition to four years of real estate experience prior to that, ‘Service before Self’ has become the motto by which I conduct my business. Having first worked for a title company, followed by several years serving as an office manager for a top producing realtor, early on in my career I learned the value of being a well rounded professional with a diverse expertise that many in my field simply don’t have. I saw the potential satisfaction that stems from being an active influence within my community while helping people obtain their dreams! It is true that in this line of work, every person, family and situation I encounter has its own special and unique challenges and purpose - and this aspect keeps my own personal life interesting and fresh each day. Being a part of my client’s journey of buying and/or selling their home generates pride in what I do, which is why I believe in the personal and caring touch that’s necessary to apply when assisting someone with this significant life event.
Throughout the years, I’ve enjoyed many successes and rewarding accomplishments in my career. Amongst the most memorable include having received the 5280 Magazine 5 Star Professional Award several years in a row as a Top 7% Denver Realtor. I have also been featured on HGTV’s My First Place in 2005 and 2007. I enjoy giving back to our community by participating in Habitat for Humanity events as much as possible.
