Theresa Lehr

A native Southern Californian, Theresa Lehr has called Westchester home for the past 21 years. After earning her Bachelor’s in Communication with a minor in Business from Loyola Marymount University, she spent a decade working in film and television, gaining valuable experience in both creative and production roles.

After purchasing her first home in Westchester and starting a family, Theresa discovered her passion for real estate. She recognized that her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people could translate into a successful and fulfilling career. Now, with 20 years in the business, Theresa has built a reputation for her integrity, expertise, and unwavering dedication to her clients.

Whether she’s helping buyers navigate competitive multiple-offer situations or ensuring sellers receive the highest and best offers, Theresa goes above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and she strives to make every client feel confident, informed, and well-represented from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Theresa enjoys yoga, spending time outdoors, and cheering on her three kids in their sports, musicals, and music performances. She and her husband, Chris, share a love of travel and even spent a year living in Spain with their children—an experience that deepened their appreciation for different cultures and created lifelong memories.
