In terms of education and training, Terry has completed courses at Coldwell Banker University, covering topics such as Laws of Agency, Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, The Sherman Anti-Trust Act, Cartus Network Marketing Specialist, and Cartus Network Referral Specialist.

Her dedication and proficiency have been recognized with various awards and designations, including being a member of the President's Club, and Multi-Million Dollar Club, and receiving the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award. Terry has also specialized in Relocation Listing and Buyers Agent roles, and she is an e-Pro certified professional.

Terry is highly involved in her community, having served as the PTO's Past President and a member of the Somerville Civic League. Additionally, she is a board member of First Baptist Preschool and a Religious Education Teacher at St. Joseph's Church in E. Millstone.

In her personal life, Terry is a lifelong resident of New Jersey and has lived in Somerset, Warren, Hunterdon, and Morris Counties. Apart from her real estate expertise, she has over 20 years of experience in marketing, buying, sales, and inventory control. Terry also has a background in fitness instruction, personal training, and nutrition guidance, contributing to her well-rounded skillset.

Terry enjoys a fulfilling family life, residing with her three beautiful daughters and husband. Their activities and interests keep her actively involved in cheerleading, ballet, Girl Scouts, volunteering, traveling, reading, studies, and much more. She proudly serves all of New Jersey, with a specialization in Central Jersey.
