Theresa Lucas brings her diverse experience as a Business Manager to Patterson Homes Real Estate Co. Before joining The Patterson Team, she worked in the non-profit sector in finance, human resources, procurement, and operations. She joined The Patterson Team and enjoys going to work every day. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivates her most.

As a Realtor, Theresa is an advocate for her clients. Whether they are buying or selling, she will work tirelessly to promote their best interests. If they are selling, she will work with them to get them the fairest price in the least amount of time, using state-of-the-art technology and team collaboration. If they are buying, she will work hard to provide them with the best information and market data to inform and assist them, so they can be well-equipped buyers with the strongest possible negotiating position.

Theresa understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor, she will work hard to lower their stress level and make their experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever they need her.

In her free time, Theresa enjoys biking, reading, and traveling. As long-time Memphis residents, she, her husband, and their beautiful daughter enjoy all the unique southern living in that Memphis has to offer.
