In an incredibly difficult season for home buyers, Terry's diligence and optimism makes all the difference. Terry is well respected and her name travels and adds credibility to the buyer. I know the home i just closed would not have gone as smooth without her involvement, not just from her due diligence, but the trust she has established in the community for decades. Terry is very detailed and is incredibly patient. As a first time home buyer, I've had a lot of trepidations that were rectified by her care and knowledge. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we are so glad that we decided to work with Terry. She really simplified home buying and made an otherwise scary process, enjoyable. We started looking for a house in late February. I spoke to Terry on the phone a couple of times so that she understood what we were looking for, she is not one to want to waste anyone’s time. In fact, we put an offer in on a house after just looking with her one day! Terry is highly respected in Rockland County and we only heard good things about her when mentioned we were working with her to inspectors, contractors and lawyers. Even with a pandemic and quarantine, Terry was able to find us a home and close in 6 weeks! She was with us every step of the way and was always available to answer question big or small! Having worked with Terry May in the past (she was my realtor when I purchased the home 18 yrs ago) it was only natural that I would call her when selling the home.
