f you are looking for a professional realtor who will make the process of buying or selling a home easier and less stressful, I highly recommend Theresa Moss! From the moment we met for an initial interview, my husband and I knew without a doubt that Theresa was very experienced, knowledgeable, and could be depended upon from start to finish. Not only did she successfully secure a contract on our home within days of listing, but she navigated the tedious home inspections, professional inputs, and coordination of relocation documents with ease. My wife and I initially began our search for a house in June, 2022. Theresa Moss of Redstone Family Realty in Huntsville, AL can recommended to us by a close family friend who is also in the real-estate business. Before we began looking for a house Theresa sat down with us in order to get to know us, become familiar with us as people, what our expectations were (timeframe, area, price, type house, requirements and must haves and wanted but not necessarily a must). We also discussed finance options and other business-related issues connected to purchasing a house. She then began sending listings of houses that matched our needs. My wife and I would pick a few to visit. Theresa would make all the arrangements. Each time we met at a potential property she always had all the particulars of the property. We pretty much would have little to no questions to ask because she was always very well prepared with all the pertinent information.
Our house hunting turned out to be almost four months long. During that time, we lost a bid on one property, decided not offer a bids on one property, made an offer on another property before walking away from it. During those, sometimes stressful moments, Theresa was very patient and encouraging with/to us.
We recently found a house and had closing. The closing went very smoothly with no surprises or unexpected difficulties or issues.
We credit Theresa with making it possible for us to finally find the house that meets our needs. She was also very professional, made us feel, at all times, that we were her only clients.
We HIGHLY recommend her to help anyone with real estate needs. We are very glad we found her!
