She was professional and knowledgeable about the selling process, walked us through choices that facilitated a timely sale and maximized our financial outcome. She was responsive, sensitive and thorough when answering questions, knowledgeable about resources necessary to prepare the home for sale and regularly made contact with contractors, county offices, other realtors, etc.,. to ensure a smooth sale. Upon sale of the house she walked us through offers, helped us weigh our options and worked hard to ensure we understood a complicated process. Theresa has been so amazing! I feel like we had a tall order and I think we definitely kept her on her toes but she never missed a beat!
