Being involved in the process of buying or selling a home is special to Terri and, as a full-time realtor, having been in the business for over 16 years, she values the trust and loyalty of her clients and strives to treat them with the same respect. Over the years, she has handled virtually every aspect of the real estate business, from working with first time buyers to those selling the family home of 50+ years heading into retirement. She believes it is of the utmost importance to focus on each and every client as if they were her only client and give them the attention and care they so deserve, from the first day of shopping to settlement day. A mother of two wonderful sons with deep roots in the area, she grew up in Baltimore City, owned her first home there and now lives in the Harford County area. Most of her clients are personal referrals or family members and she earns their trust by working harder for them just like she would expect for herself. She is active in her community, church, her son’s sporting events, and has volunteered in Boys Scouts of America, Harford County Public Schools, and various county events. Real estate is more than just a hobby for her. It is her livelihood, and she runs her business with one rule in mind: the Golden Rule.
