Theresa is the best! She is an exceptional agent who guided us through our first home sale experience. We had absolutely no idea where to begin; Theresa was very professional and personable. She answered our many questions promptly, and led us through the process by explaining all of the necessary steps and showing us improvements we could make to our property to get the most out of the sale. Our property sold within 4 days! It was quite a whirlwind experience! Theresa is very knowlegable, honest, and detail-oriented. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in her kind and thoughtful manner. It was a pleasure to work with Theresa. We are so thankful for her expertise and care with the sale of our property. A breath of fresh air to say the least! Being very unfamiliar with the competitiveness of just renting a home Mrs. Stewart eased me and my wife tensions. Informative throughout every step all the way until the lease agreement was signed. Theresa worked with me to find our dream rental home, as well as helped me understand the terms of my previous rental agreement.   Theresa prepared a rental package for us, which consisted of a background check, credit check, and a write up of our family. The rental package prepared us to move ahead of other rental applicants.  We were in a seller's market with heavy competition.  The home we found had interest from 5 other renters and the homeowners were reluctant to schedule an appointment for us to see the home.  I don't know what Theresa said to the homeowners, but we got an appointment within the hour.  We ended up getting the home and I am incredibly grateful for Theresa's help.
Theresa was able to go through my previous rental agreement with great ease and let me know what I was responsible for as the tenant.  This was important to me because I wanted to leave the home in good order, along with adhering to the terms of the agreement.
I am genuinely grateful for Theresa's help.  She guided me through the process of moving from one rental to another, which allowed me to feel at ease during a time which is usually quite stressful.  I found Theresa to be gentle, but firm.  Her personality is the perfect fit for her line of work.  She was excellent in working with me and I was impressed how well she managed the situation with our current rental.   She will represent you well!
