She brings deep expertise across a wide range of property types, including residential, luxury, second and vacation homes, investment properties, relocations, multi-family units, short sales, bank-owned (REO), and commercial real estate. With nearly two decades of experience, Theresa has firsthand knowledge of most neighborhoods throughout Reno and Tahoe, making her an invaluable resource for clients relocating to or within the area.

Born and raised in Soldotna, Alaska, Theresa moved to Reno in 1999 and began her real estate career in 2006. She has remained with the same real estate firm throughout her career, a testament to her loyalty and consistency. She has lived in Northwest Reno’s Somerset golf course community since 2013 and is considered a local expert on that neighborhood, with up-to-date market data specific to the area.

Theresa has earned multiple real estate designations over the years and believes strongly in being a lifelong student of her industry. While she loves real estate, what she values most are the long-term relationships she builds with her clients.

She is married to her husband, Paul, and together they have a modern blended family with six children (all adults)—three hers and three his. Their youngest, "7th child” is their beloved Maltese, Lorenzo.
