About Theresa

My love for the field of real estate was ignited when my family sold our first home. The whole process of preparing our house for sale to finding another that replicated our taste and preference was very exciting to me. All that wouldn't have been possible if we did not have a dedicated agent to walk us through the whole transaction.

Inspired by this agent and with a love for connecting with people, I set out to earn my real estate licence and make the American dream of home ownership possible for buyers and sellers alike.

So far, I have worked with many first time and second home buyers, as well as sellers looking to complete sale and purchase transactions in the Georgia and North Carolina.

I leverage my background in retail and early education to create a one-of- a-kind experience for all my clients. From maintaining open and constant communication to giving undivided attention, my clients have the advantage of working with a personable agent; one who's patient and willing to walk with them in all stages of a transaction, from contract to close.

I use each transaction as an opportunity to educate my clients of the process, making sure they make informed decisions.

Away from real estate, I find love spending my free time with my family as well as enjoying the thrill in hiking.
