I loved working with Theresa. When I couldn't find the place I wanted, we expanded the search and when I was ready to make an offer on a condo, she said, I have one more place set to see. Well that was the one, thanks Theresa! She always gave good advice on what to offer and when I was frustrated with the process, she let me vent to her. I so appreciate her expertise and her scruples in the realty world, when not everyone has scruples. What a great resource for buying a home!

Working with Theresa Walters for the sale of our home in Bedford, Ohio has been a wonderful experience. She carefully spent the time with us going over what to do and expect during the entire process. Doing this off season, October into February, with frigid and snowy weather, Theresa had our home sold in 3 1/2 months. I expected a year or longer due to selling conditions in that area. This was amazing. She assisted us with the closing and what to do and it all went seamlessly. Am sure there was alot of behind the scenes work involved on her part to get this job done and for this we thank her..
