About Therese

After moving to Manhattan in 1992, I obtained my Real Estate license in 1995 and became a Broker in 1997. Together with my husband Kelly, we operate Coldwell Banker Real Estate Advisors. We have been in business since 1994.
We love the lifestyle the Flint hills offer. Having grown up in North Dakota, I can definitely say I like the Kansas winters much better! My success is a result of my dedication to my clients and to my profession. I have consistently been in the top 5 percent of successful real estate agents in the Manhattan market and hold several certifications, awards and designations. When not at work, Kelly and I enjoy morning walks along Tuttle Creek Lake. Often, we will take Kelly's sports car for ‘day drives’, visiting the many interesting sites of Kansas. We have two grown sons, one here in Manhattan and the other lives in LA.
