As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect from the whole process. Terri was incredibly kind and patient with us as we looked for the right home. I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking for a home to call your own. Terri is the kindest, most patient, and most helpful person in the business. Even after going out every day for a month straight she never got burned out telling us how she feels about the house pro's and con's so we were able to find our perfect home. Terri always goes the extra 3 miles for her clients and I couldn't imagine buying a home without her help and expertise.

I worked with Terri on the negotiations for a house and she was always so kind and professional throughout. She helped us work with the landlord and was so selfless during the whole interaction. Truly what you want in an agent, really feels like all her efforts were FOR me and my interests.

Therese Pearce made me feel like I was not only her only client but like Finding the perfect home for my family at the right price was her NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!! I could call her anytime day or night and NEVER feel like I was imposing on her time!! Knowing I was a single Mom she also sought out property for me that would be easy to maintain with minimal “move in” repairs. She thought of EVERYTHING over and beyond what I had even considered! Her knowledge and professionalism is second to NONE!!
She was ALWAYS ready to tackle ANY speedbump (i.e. underwriting/inspections) that inevitably arise, with fierce determination and expeditious effort, making our buying process simple and exciting!! We are currently VERY HAPPY in our New Home♥️♥️
I recommend Therese Pearce to ANYONE who wants this type of AMAZING home buying experience!!
PS: and this was during a Global Pandemic!!
I can only imagine how much smoother things would have gone in healthier times.
