Thomas's extensive career in the housing industry began during the challenging aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. Initially focused on new construction, he transitioned to remodeling projects to support his family during these tough times. A chance meeting with a forward-thinking real estate broker led to a fruitful partnership, where Thomas took on the role of a real estate broker and design/construction manager, successfully renovating over 25 projects, even during the recession. Their professional paths may have diverged, but their friendship remains strong.
Determined to pursue his passion, Thomas obtained his real estate license on his first attempt. In his nine years as a Real Estate Broker, he has thrived, thanks to his unyielding work ethic, dedication to continuous education, and deep understanding of real estate fundamentals. He has also shared his knowledge and mentored new agents during his tenure at Keller Williams, and in his sixth year, he founded his own real estate company. In 2019, his company achieved rapid growth, nearly breaking into the top 20%, with a goal set on reaching the top 10%.
Beyond real estate, Thomas is a soccer enthusiast, both as a player and a spectator. He actively participates in the Western Slope Astronomy Club and The Next Big Idea Book Club. He is a devoted husband to his wife and a loving father to his daughter.
