Thomas Chad Chism

Chad Chism is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Clemson University in 2002 emphasizing statistical research. He immediately began building his experience as a licensed broker in real estate across three markets. He spent three years in Charleston, South Carolina, where he closed over ten million dollars in residential real estate.

Following this, Chad spent a year in the commercial sector while working with a private equity firm with more than ten billion in funds under management. Now that he has returned home to the Spartanburg area, he brings a unique and invaluable perspective and offers clients an in-depth analysis of investments and bank-owned properties. He is eager to share his insight and will focus on his client's bottom line.
