Tom has owned Crichton Rentals for 35 years. He has built, purchased and rehabbed over 240 properties. Tom and his staff currently manage over 140 tenants/customers. Over the past few years Tom founded Crichton Realty Group, Ltd. and is merging Crichton Rentals with it. This is to better serve our tenants/customers and to market and sell customer’s properties.
