Thomas Doyle, Sr.

Thomas was raised in New York and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University. Drawn by the serenity of the region, he moved to the Berkshires full time in 1997. He is grateful to live here with his wife, Paul

A 40-year veteran of the institutional trading equity and options business, he has been quoted in several financial publications, including the Wall Street Journal. He has been investing in local real estate since 2006, and is co-developer of Highfield on Main, an upscale condominium project in Great Barrington. He also serves on the Board of the Community Development Corporation of the Southern Berkshires whose mission is creating affordable housing and economic development.

He got his real estate license in 2011 and joined the LVRE team in 2017. He served as Treasurer on the Berkshire County MLS Board during 2016-17. He is licensed in MA, NY, and CT, and works with both commercial and residential clients.

He is good at quickly cutting through the maze of inventory to deliver great property prospects to his clients. When offer time comes, he a skilled negotiator. His goal is to bring about the best result for all parties involved.

Due to his many years in the financial world, he knows his way around market statistics and analytics. He can help seller clients understand market conditions and trends and position their property accordingly. Likewise, he educates his buyers on how a target property fits in to the larger picture.
