I’ve lived in Santa Fe all of my adult life, it is my home. I love the mix of Native American, Hispanic, Western and art/intellectual cultures in Santa Fe. It is truly one of the most unique places on the globe, which attracts interesting and creative people from all walks of life. I have always been an independent businessman, first in the construction business building adobe homes, later as a manufacturer of ceramic tiles. As owner of Mag Mor Art Tiles I developed representation in all 50 states and had sales to over 4,000 accounts, including corporate clients such as Ace Hardware, JC Penny and Wild Birds Unlimited.

My real estate career began in 2000 working extensively in residential resale, land, land development and new construction. Relying on my previous construction experience, I began focusing on representing builders and have since developed a strong relationship with several major builders in Santa Fe. I was involved in selling the first Energy Star homes in Santa Fe and have stayed at the forefront of the sustainable movement, representing builders and developers. As a result I have developed an intimate knowledge of quality construction & the construction process for those clients interested in building their own homes
Over the last five years my focus has been on the residential resale market representing both buyers & sellers. There are opportunities in the Santa Fe Real Estate market that haven’t been available in a long time. We have an active market with stable prices, when working with buyers I task myself with finding the best deals available for my clients along with negotiating the best price possible. My goal is always to educate my clients to the point where they are comfortable in knowing they are making the best and most educated decision possible. With sellers I provide all the statistical information and background they need to price their home to sell at the best price in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of inconvenience.

Twenty plus years of business experience and hundreds of Real Estate transactions have taught me that every sale and is unique. Identifying those unique differences and adjusting presentation accordingly is key to a successful sale. My work ethic is built on the commitment to never give up and keep exploring solutions.
